i've written more than a few blogs in my day, and i decided to finally post here. last blog i posted was something pertaining to good sushi or something, but it's been a while. i've been doing a lot of thinking about my house and the current market right now, houses keep going down in value, and a lot of people are still paying off their loans that they got when the house was valuable. i've been directing a lot of people to a site about "Short Pay Refinance" and it's helping a lot of people i know with their payments. check it out if you have time:
